R.K. Gupta - Chairman and Managing Director

Rajendra Kumar Gupta is a Masters in Mathematics, and also holds a diploma in Plastics Technology. Back in early 1970s, he pioneered the concept of multi-client, off-the-shelf project reports as a vital spark for setting up new projects. These low-cost prefeasibility reports facilitated prospective entrepreneurs in deciding on whether or not to proceed with a project idea. This is how SBP Consultants & Engineers (the parent venture of Infocom Books Pvt. Ltd.) came into existence in 1971.

The leading business magazine, Business Today, has commended the work done by Mr. Gupta and has recognized him as ENTREPRENEURMAKER in the recent past. He has been frequently written about in leading newspapers and journals. He has addressed various gatherings of entrepreneurs under different forums and appeared on TV a number of times. His pioneering work in the field of industrial development has been well received by various industrial leaders and bureaucrats. Mr. Gupta is currently Chairman cum Managing Director for Dreamtech Press.

Arti Pandey - Publisher, CEO

Arti Pandey is a graduate from Miranda House, Delhi University, and an MBA from IMT, Ghaziabad, specializing in Marketing Management. She has a prolific and diverse experience in numerous domains such as technical documentation, magazines, portals, education-related content development, learning management solutions and learning content management solutions, and eLearning and custom courseware development. She has successfully managed the Center of Excellence (COE) for eLearning and education domains of numerous multinational and Fortune 500 companies in the past. As the Publisher of Dreamtech Press, Arti brings with herself a rich assortment of exceptional business acumen, business ethics and values, and organizational culture of excellence. She also heads Kogent Learning Solutions, Inc., as its Chief Executive Officer.

M. V. Shastri - Head, Productions

Mr. M. V. Shastri holds a Diploma in Journalism and Masters Degree. He has also completed Bachelor of Education. Mr. Shastri has more than 20 years of outstanding experience in production of books. He heads the production of books and looks after pre and post publication activities.

Rudraksh Batra - Head, Content Development

Rudraksh Batra is a commerce graduate and M. Sc in Information Technology. He also holds the GNIIT degree from NIIT. Rudraksh has an abounding experience of more than 7 years in various domains as Technical Consultant and Project Manager. Rudraksh specializes in .NET Technologies, Windows/BizTalk/Sharepoint Administration, SQL Server and Oracle Database Administration, and project management tools.

Manish Nath Shrivastava - Project Manager

Manish is a graduate in Economics and has completed Industrial Relation and Personnel Management from Delhi University. He also holds the GNIIT degree from NIIT. Manish has a rich experience spanning more than 7 years in authoring multimedia and animation books, academic books (specially school textbooks), and content formatting. He has developed books for reputed software institutes and universities. He possesses adroit expertise in project management and content solutions.

Manisha Taheem - Senior Executive, Human Resource

Manisha Taheem is an Economics graduate from Delhi University. She has completed her post graduation in Human Resource Management from ICFAI School of HRD, ICFAI University, Hyderabad. Manisha has a demure work experience of around 2 years in human resource management, with expertise in the HR Generalist domain. She is prudently engaged in dispensing her responsibilities towards Dreamtech Press as Senior Executive, Human Resource.
