S.S. Bhavikatti is Emeritus Professor at BVB College of Engineering and
Technology Hubli. He completed his graduation from Karnataka University in 1963,
ME from IIT Roorkee in 1967, and Ph.D. from IIT Delhi in 1977. He served NITK,
Surathkal from 1963 to 2001, SDMCET Dharwad from 2001 to 2005, and RYMEC
Bellary from 2005 to 2007. He is an experienced teacher and best selling author with
48 books to his credit. He has guided 70 students for their M.Tech dissertation and 6
candidates for their Ph.D. He is member of many national and international
committees.
M.V. Chitawadagi is Professor at BVB College of Engineering and Technology
Hubli. He completed his graduation in 1988, ME from UVCE Bangalore in 1996 and
Ph.D. from NITK Surathkal in 2010. He has guided 25 M.Tech dissertations and
presently guiding 4 Ph.D. candidates. Several of his research papers are published
in international and national journals and conferences. He is fellow member of
Institute of Engineers.
