Kaner specialized in Mathematics & Philosophy as an undergraduate at Brock University and the University of Windsor (Canada). His Ph.D (McMaster University, Canada) is in Psychology, with an emphasis on Engineering Psychology. He is certified as a Quality Engineer by the American Society for Quality Control. In about 3 weeks (May, 1993), he expects to receive a J.D. from Golden Gate University in San Francisco.
Jack Falk is an Associate Producer (Project Manager) at Electronic Arts, developing consumer entertainment and creativity software. Before this, Jack managed a software test group and then all of product development operations. He has also been a Director of Operations for some wellknown retail chains, managing upto 112 employees. In thes positions, cost control and efficiency were critical issues. Jack studied Business Administration at Golden Gate University.
Hung Quoc Nguyen is a Software Development Manager (Project manager) at PowerUp Software, developing business organization and productivity software. He was the founding manager of Power Ups software testing group and a Software Analyst at electronic Arts, where he also managed the development of two music software products. Hung started his career in the electronics industry in hardware engineering and quality assurance he was a Group manager of Engineering and Quality Assurance at Energy Transformation Systems, where he also founded its QA organization. Hung has alsobeen a parttime instructor and professional musician. He is certified as a Quality Engineer (ASQCCQE) by the American Society for Quality Control and he holds a B.Sc in Quality Assurance from Cogswell Polytechnical College in Cupertino, California.
